If You Receive a Damaged Product
If you receive a damaged or broken product you must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt in order to have your product replaced. Please email service@intigo3d.com within 48 hours with your Order Number, Name of Order and a photo of the broken product and we will replace the product at not charge.
Product Refunds
Unfortunately we cannot offer product refunds unless the customer receives a broken or damaged product.
